Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules change. Here is how we handle cancellations and rescheduling to ensure fairness for all participants.
Membership Cancellations
Memberships to The Ember Academy and The IGNITE Institute may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Session Rescheduling Window
Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made after this window will not be accommodated.
Rescheduled Session Timing
Rescheduled sessions must occur no earlier than 24 hours before and no later than 24 hours after the original session time.
Forfeiture
Failure to reschedule within the allowed window results in forfeiture of that session. No exceptions or credits will be issued.
